Reviews

"My family contacted Renee Brooksbank when we found that my brother Michael (age 60 with mental health issues) was about to lose his home to foreclosure. Not knowing how to help my brother, Renee quickly guided us with the steps Mike needed to take to gather information and make a plan. Trying to help someone with mental health issues can be challenging but Renee was always very respectful of my brother. When another sibling offered to purchase Mike’s home, Renee was instrumental in getting the purchase done quickly before the foreclosure date. My brother was able to stay in his home as a tenant, maintaining his independence which was very important to him and to my family. Renee’s background in aging services has been invaluable. She has given us information that will enable us to care for Mike in the future. Renee’s professional attitude and compassionate nature made a difficult situation much easier for Mike and my entire family."

"Brooksbank Law LLC has been a big help for us by researching the current elder laws and rulings so that we can move forward with updating our policies and procedures at our Independent Living Facility. Brooksbank has put together informative notebooks for us to refer back to in regards to evictions, aging in place, employ ee issues and HUD regulations. We will continue to use Brooksbank Law LLC for their expert advice and direction."
